How to Order
After the order has been placed, send the image to Email: info@fernlondon.co. Please include your name, postcode, and order number. Before sending the images, make sure the image is of high quality. If you’re unsure, don’t worry – our design team will support you.
The next step is your approval after we send a proof of how your panel will look. From this point, it typically takes 2–3 weeks for the panel to be printed and made by our experienced team.
If you’d like to include multiple images in one panel, we offer this service free of charge. However, we cannot create a collage proof until the panel payment has been made.
Warranty
We offer a 3-year warranty for peace of mind. Warranty details are included in the manual.
Please note that this order is fully customised for each customer, and once approved and sent to print, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the heater.

Simply download the Tuya or Smart Life app and connect your heater. You can create weekly logs by selecting specific days and times and set a target temperature for each room.
You can manage multiple heaters in different rooms – perfect for busy individuals who want to return to a warm, cosy home. This smart heating feature helps reduce bills by allowing full 24/7 control and avoiding heating unoccupied rooms. Infrared heaters require low maintenance and have low running costs due to their low wattage. Each heater also comes with a wireless remote control.
How Does It Work?
Infrared heat warms up objects and people around you, unlike conventional heaters that only warm the air. The panel surface can reach up to 110˚C, but it can be safely mounted high on a wall or ceiling.

Installation
Our panels can be installed flush on walls or ceilings using the included brackets – no extra purchase needed. If you have higher than average ceilings (2.3m–2.4m), you can use a suspension kit to lower the panel. Alternatively, use our panel feet (sold separately) to make the panel free-standing and portable.
