How to Order
After the order has been placed, send the image to Email: info@fernlondon.co. Please include your name, postcode, and order number as well. Before sending the images, please ensure that the image is of high quality. If you are unsure, don’t worry – our design team will support you with this.
Next, we’ll send you a proof showing how your panel will look. Once approved, it usually takes 2–3 weeks for the panel to be printed and manufactured by our experienced team.
If you wish to include multiple images in one panel, we offer this service free of charge. However, please note we cannot create any collage proof until payment for the panel has been completed.
Warranty
We offer a 3-year warranty to give you peace of mind. Full warranty details are included in the manual.

Simply download the TUYA or SMART LIFE app and connect your heater. Create weekly schedules by selecting which days and times the heater should run, and set a target temperature for your room.

Installation
There are multiple installation options. The panel fits flush against the wall or ceiling using the included brackets—no additional purchases needed.
If your ceiling is higher than average (2.3m – 2.4m), you can use a suspension kit (available separately) to bring the panel closer for optimal heating.
Additionally, the panel can be used as a personal portable heater with optional panel feet (sold separately).
