How to Order
After the order has been placed, send the image to Email: info@fernlondon.co. Please include your name, postcode, and order number. Before sending the images, ensure they are of high quality. If you’re unsure, our design team will be happy to assist you.
Once we receive your image, we will send you a proof of how your panel will look. After your approval, it generally takes 2–3 weeks for the panel to be printed and made by our experienced team.
If you wish to include multiple images on one panel, this is a service we offer free of charge. However, we cannot create any collage proof until the panel payment has been made.
Warranty
We offer a 3-year warranty for peace of mind. Warranty details are included in the user manual.
Please note that these orders are fully customised. Once approved and sent for printing, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges.

Just download the TUYA or SMART LIFE app and connect your panel. You can create weekly heating schedules by selecting days, times, and target temperatures for each room.

With full control over your heating 24/7, you save on energy bills by only heating rooms in use. Infrared heaters also come with low maintenance and running costs due to their low wattage intake. A wireless remote control is also included.
How Does It Work?
Infrared heat warms the objects and people around you rather than just the air, like traditional heaters. The surface temperature of the panel can reach up to 110˚C but can be safely mounted higher up on a wall or ceiling.

Installation
Our panels can be installed in various ways. They fit flush against walls and ceilings using the included brackets. No extra purchases are needed. If your ceiling is higher than average (2.3m – 2.4m), you can use our suspension kit to lower the panel closer to the living area.
You can also use the panel as a personal heater. With our panel feet (available as an additional purchase), you can keep it free-standing and portable.
