How to Order
After placing your order, please send your image to Email: info@fernlondon.co. Make sure to include your name, postcode, and order number. Ensure the image is of high quality. If you’re unsure, don’t worry — our design team will guide you through the process.
Once we receive your image, we’ll send you a proof of how the panel will look. Upon your approval, it typically takes 2–3 weeks for your panel to be printed and crafted by our experienced team.
If you wish to include multiple images in one panel, we offer this service free of charge. However, please note that we can only create a collage proof after full payment has been made.
Warranty
We provide a 3-year warranty for added peace of mind. Warranty details are included in the product manual.
Please be aware that this is a fully customised product, so once the design is approved and sent to print, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

If your ceiling is higher than average (above 2.3m – 2.4m), we recommend using the suspension kit (sold separately) to lower the panel for better heating performance.
